Custom Items

Custom-designed furnishings, bedding, accessories, select gifts and clothing, monogrammed and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom are notated as such in the product descriptions. Plaid Rabbit makes fabric and finish samples available to help you select the appropriate colors and designs for your d├Ęcor. Because custom items cannot be returned,Plaid Rabbit suggest you come by the store to view swatches and fabric.

 

Non-custom Items

Plaid Rabbit strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for an exchange or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging.

 

Simply call or email us within 30 business days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is valid for 10 business days. Please return the item within that time frame to the address provided at the time the RAN is issued.

 

If you return an item after the 10 business day window, without a RAN, and/or Plaid Rabbit suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. We reserve the right to apply up to a 25% restocking fee should the merchandise not be in re-sellable condition.
